Stewart Hass Racing Xfinity Series driver Cole Custer married his long-time girlfriend Kari Witt on January 7. The couple tied notes on a special night after dating for three years. Custer will hope the happy moments will give him the perfect start to his 2023 season in the Xfinity series ad he was demoted to the second tier following two underwhelming years in the cup series.
Cole Custer shared the happy news with the fans via his official Twitter handle. He posted the couple’s picture together and wrote, “Married the girl of my dreams last weekend. An amazing night and I can’t thank everyone enough for making it so special!”.
Kari Witt is an entrepreneur who hails from Iowa, North Carolina. The couple first got to know each other in 2019 via a mutual friend. She accompanied the then Xfinity series runners-up for the last three years and has been one of his biggest supporters over the last two years. Kari was with Custer while he suffered a huge dip in form following an impressive rookie year in 2020.
Witt is one of the founders of the women’s boutique in North Carolina named MINE by sandy. She also has a skincare products brand Arbonne. They also sell protein shakes and Fizz sticks. Custer proposed to Kari Witt in June the last year, and the wedding was also planned in the off-season. Custer is the second high-profile NASCAR driver after Bubba Wallace to get married in the off-season.

Cole Custer lost his cup ride to Ryan Precee following his demotion. He can prove his worth once again and potentially secure a cup seat. A solid performance in the Xfinity series might persuade SHR management to offer him the No:4 ride next season as veteran Kevin Harvick might retire next season. So, fans were beyond excited to see Custer having a happy moment after a troubled year in the Cup Series.
