INVERNESS, Scotland (CelebrityAccess) — German entertainment company Deutsche Entertainment AG announced that they have acquired a 100% stake in the Scottish Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival through its London-based subsidiary Kilimanjaro Live.
The move comes days after DEAG announced it planned to focus on expanding its live business in the UK.

A popular music and arts festival, Belladrum is staged annually on the grounds of the Belladrum Estate near Inverness, in Scotland.
Founded in 2004, the festival has been a consistent hot ticket, selling out annually since 2009, with a lineup that ranges from indie rockers such as Bastille and Catfish to established singer-songwriters such as Ed Sheeran.
The festival already has a connection with Stuart Galbraith’s Kilimanjaro, who has exclusively handled booking for the festival for the past eight years.
The 2018 edition of the festival is set to take place from August 2nd to August 4th, with headliners Primal Scream, Amy McDonald, and Paloma Faith.
